LAUNCH OF BATCH #1 WEBSITE

This is a special project initiated by Dr Sanjay to help all BCC members during this period of time. 

Along with this website we provide the BCC members with graphics and marketing documents they can use directly. 

SOCIAL MEDIA BRANDING CLASS

We've invited practitioner(with 200k+ follower) who are doing well on social media in the BCC family to share their strategies.

 I've also shared my learning on social media with everyone and clarify that social media is a not a necessity.

MASTERMIND WITH DR SANJAY

We jump on a group coaching call to get everyone clear with their goals and direction for April. I updated my newest strategies with the family and share with them what is working and what is not working.

We even covered advance questions that the family has on business insurance and universal life insurance.

MARKETING SUPPORT FOR BCC MEMBERS

I realized during this period of time, many of the members are struggling to move online and they needed to adapt to it.

This is why I've channeled my own marketing team to assist them. I even invited some of the members to share about social media prospecting and branding. My purpose is to show them real tested and proven methods they can immediately apply.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

I realized our members needed to start building their online presence and if they were to invest in a marketing team to help them, it would cost at least US$5K and above. 

So I decided to engage a group of talented digital marketers to craft out a marketing strategy for the whole big case closer family. 

This includes helping them with:
1) Search engine optimisation
2) Branding
3) Graphic Design 
4) Establising Online Credibility/

Overall I invested close to a US$100K on this project.

In april, we spoke about with changing situation like the covid 19, economy turning bad and lockdown, what can the members do?

We spoke about hidden opportunities and how you can tap on it during this period of time. 

I answer any burning questions the members have and in my own capacity, I try to guide them through. We even spoke about how selling online will be different.

We ended off with an action plan that everyone should take.

HOW TO DEAL WITH LOCKDOWN SITUATION? 

I conducted a special trainining with members on what they can do to reach out to prospect during this tough period. I even show them my presentations, strategies and products type offering in this period of time. 

I know many members are lost in this period, so I decided to write them action steps to be taken and guide them to success.

PERSONALIZED FINANCIAL PLANNING BOOK

I realized many advisers has been trying to explore book writing for personal branding.
What happens is they work with publishers which charge them 5-6 figure and end up the book actually doesn't bring them any "substantial" increase in sales.
I don't want that to happen to you, but I want to give them the same "POWER" book branding does. 
That is why we personalized the E-Book cover for everyone to establish their branding.

I invested roughly around US$20K for this project to be possible.

KEYMEN INSURANCE EXCLUSIVE COACHING

In our march online training,I covered on keymen insurance so members with business owner in their network knows how to present it. 

This is something advance that I have never shared to the outside world. Many people try to find out my strategies but I've never shared it. 

Our topics are decided on a monthly basis because I customized it to make it relevant for most members. For members who require more advance strategy, I will usually call them and let them know.

MEET UP WITH BCC INDIA MEMBERS

On Feb 26th, I met up with members from India. It was the period where covid-19 started and I was preparing every members for the challenge ahead.

We spoke about the india market and how they can go about creating their "USP" in the market. I'm surprised to see many top advisors in India joining this program too.

Due to Covid-19, I realised it might be physically impossible to meet up with every single member. So we created an exclusive Facebook group where I go online frequently to answer BCC members questions and share with them what I'm doing.

OUR BCC JOURNEY STARTED

On December 23rd, we officially kick started the big case closer program. The initial intention was to create a online course where I will be able to share my knowledge with members via our exclusive online portal. 

FULL HOUSE ON DAY 3

Unlike other programs, this program was designed for me to train advisors who are able to close big cases. We were able to recruit our firs 50 members on day 3 and we had to closed the enrolment. 

SALES FOUNDATION TRAINING

For everyone that enter the program, I needed them to attend a foundation training that brush up their sales basics and product knowledge. Remember, you can't be the best over night. You need to keep working on your foundation to make it.
